WIP: Navigation Drawer

a suggestion for a Navigation Drawer
using vue-burger-menu

however I'm not yet sure if this is really the way we want to go

we also need to find specify if we can do like all in a single view; otherwise we would probably need https://router.vuejs.org/ however I've no experience with that.
